Reporting form

If you make a disclosure to the reporting system, a case manager will

  • confirm receipt of your report within seven days at the latest, stay in contact with you and if necessary request further information
  • check your report for validity and relevance in terms of the law
  • initiate follow-up measures, which may include
    • initiate internal investigations and contact the functions or persons concerned
    • Refer you to another authority
    • close the proceedings for lack of evidence or for other reasons
    • hand over the proceedings for further investigation to
      • internal functions e.g. person of trust, management, HR, legal counsel
      • or a regulatory authority

In all cases, you will receive feedback within three months of confirmation of receipt of your report. The feedback will include notification of any follow-up measures planned or already taken and the reasons for these. However, feedback may only be provided to you to the extent that it does not affect internal enquiries or investigations and does not prejudice the rights of the persons who are the subject of a report or who are named in the report.
